Hi from Foodcourt Dev team,

Regarding withdrawalFee, we would like to clarify the reason, There is an innovative wrap for deflationary tokens like Safemoon and Safemars. When wrap users needs to pay tax and this is unavoidable. So as a reward we give them extra r Tokens.

10000 SafeMars = 9000 wSafeMars + 1000 rSafeMars

rSafeMars will be able to staking in to the special pool withdrawalFee 100%. It means users cannot unstaking or they will lose all their rSafeMars reward tokens, and we use this for promotion wrap period.

So 

1\. Only reward pool like rSafeMoon, rSafeMars are applied 

2\. Once it set it cannot be changed from false to true or vice versa. As you can see in the function set(uint256 \_pid, uint256 \_allocPoint, uint16 \_depositFeeBP, bool \_withUpdate) on line 125 of Cafeteria (MasterChef) contract. This function doesn't do anything with withdrawFee100, so we cannot change withdrawFee100 of existing pools.
